Hey there!

Who else is loving high waisted bikini bottoms this summer? They are pretty much the only type of bottoms I have now, which is crazy because just two years ago I would have died if I would have been caught wearing one. I'm not sure what it is about them but they just feel SO flattering. My favorite thing about this pair is that you can fold them down whenever you want to tan (because I don't love the tan lines high waisted bottoms give you!) My top is actually one that I found at a J. Crew sale for $5 so I linked a similar one in black that would be just as cute with these bottoms! My hat is a T.J.Maxx find and was only $15!

Hello again!

I love to follow companies that have a passion for change and helping others. Headbands of Hope is an amazing company that brings children with cancer joy and happiness through the form of a headband. I feel that the best way for me to share their mission statement is to literally share it:

I mean how amazing is that? I love the fact that a headband is more than a headband. A sweet reminder that someone else is benefiting from my purchase is always an added bonus. This pretty headband reminded me of my German heritage (don;t ask me why..maybe the braids) but there are soooo many other pretty headbands on their website (and other fun things like hair pins, hair ties, turbans, even flower crowns!) So, next time you need a gift for a sister or a friend, look to Headbands of Hope :)
