Either way, I am super excited to share will y'all this outfit featuring this top from Maude Boutique! I absolutely love this mock neck crop top, and I am so sad it sold out before I could share it with you guys (its just that good), but I linked a very similar one that Maude has currently available in all sizes (but jump on it now, sizes go fast!) I am sure you have heard of Maude (or seen it-their Maude wall is all over Insta!!) but if you haven't, its the coolest boutique in Fayetteville, Arkansas (and my personal fave online :) Their selection is impeccable and I love their ability to be so fashion forward and chic, while still staying in such a great price range! faux shearling vest

Hey there!

I hope you all have had an amazing week thus far. I know mine has been super hard because fall break was just that good! Over the break I went home, but before I did I took a little detour to North Georgia! It was a beautiful day last Thursday, so we decided to go to the local pumpkin patch at Jaemor Farms. Y'all, it was too cute! They had a huge pumpkin selection, a corn maize, and a market full with fun fall goodies! I knew when we went I wanted to wear a fall-ish outfit (I say"ish" because it was still in the high 70's), so I pulled out my new favorite vest from Maude Boutique. I searched and searched all last year for the perfect faux suede shearling vest without any luck at all. Then, I saw this one and knew it was the one! It is light weight, so soft, and perfect for lots of layering! I also love the color because it isn't too brown or tan to pair with booties without it being matchy-matchy. Best of all, it is under $60! Maude Boutique also has some other great sweaters and outwear you can check out here :)

sleeveless sweater weather

Hey there!

Can you believe we already more than half way done with October? It has flown by for me, that's for sure. It most definitely doesn't feel like we are already half way done with October, and dressing for this weather is far from easy. I absolutely love this sleeveless turtleneck sweater top from THML for that exact reason! This sweater is the perfect length to wear with leggings, because it goes low enough in the front and long enough in the back to cover your bottom. I love that its sleeveless because it gives the look of fall, without being super hot like a long-sleeve turtleneck would be. I absolutely love the faux-leather trim because it pairs perfectly with liquid leggings (equally as cute with a ponte pant or legging!) THML also has of other cute sweaters, tops, and dresses for fall/winter.. you can shop them here :)

Dollop Beauty

Hey there!

How often to do travel and get super frustrated with how unorganized/gross your makeup bag is? I am definitely that gal who just puts all of my makeup in one bag and by the end of the trip everything in it is covered in powder and it is just nasty. I am so excited to share with y'all a product that is changing the way that you store/travel with your makeup. Dollop Beauty has created a product that makes storing your beauty products easy and clean. The dollop case is a makeup organizer that allows you to house all of your products in one place, without having to open multiple makeup containers in one sitting. The case can hold blush, bronzer, highlighter, eyeshadows, and any of your makeup pans onto the magnetic palette located within the case. I love this because for those of who touch up your makeup during the day, or just like to keep it handy (who knows what can happen during the day) it is the perfect size to fit into your purse!
Dollup also creates products that can go into your case, like their matte lip spreads, eyeliner, and highlighter! Their lip spreads are perfect for long day wear and come in so many fun and pigmented colors. This eyeliner is perfect for a winged look because the tip is perfectly pointed and is not flimsy. I love it because it makes putting eyeliner on a much easier task because it is so precise! Finally, the highlighter is SO pigmented. It shows up so well on the skin and really pops. It is better than my $40 highlighter and creates a much more sophisticated look.
Overall, the Dollup case is perfect for travel as well as everyday use. The magnetic side on the back of the mirror makes for a perfect place to put eyeshadows and powders to create your own custom palette. Instead of lugging around twenty products, you can just bring one!

fall in love with THML

Hey there!

It's finally October! I will admit that summer is always a hard season for me to let go of. I love the beach, longer days, and of course being able to take a breather from school. Although I do love summer so much, October always reminds me why I love autumn. I think its always hard in the south because the 1st is still blistering hot (yup, we're still in the 90s) and the end is sometimes freezing. Despite the south's confusing weather, autumn is a great time to refresh my wardrobe because I put away all of my summer clothing and get out my fall/winter wardrobe! It's always a nice surprise because I buy things at the end of the season that go on sale and I don't remember what they are until I open the box (lol!) This year though, I am loving transitional pieces more than usual. We are in this awkward limbo stage for so long and it makes it a little difficult to dress for fall (I know I say this all the time, but its just so true!) This sweater from THML is exactly what I mean by transitional: its lightweight, doesn't scream"hot, heavy sweater", and it is can be layered with a cute vest later in the season for a heavier and warmer look! The inside of this sweater is SO incredibly soft, it makes it perfect for all-day wear. The peplum ruffle at the bottom has to be my favorite part about this sweater though, I mean how cute!?
