Hello again!

I can't believe that this week I am finishing up my last round of classes of my Junior year at Auburn University. It feels like just yesterday I was putting up my post about moving to Auburn! I have fallen in love with this sweet city and its lovely people, as well as my life here. As the end of the semester draws near, I realize how much closer summer is and boy, am I excited for some warm weather! I have always loved summer most (probably because my birthday is in July.. #noshame) because I love the sun, the beach, and of course, summer clothes!! This little tee from Maude Boutique is the perfect summer tee and everything from the "nothin but good times" slogan, the cut of the tee, and the little cacti and moon is so in right now.

Hello again!

This past week I had the pleasure of visiting Side Track Coffee in Opelika, Alabama. My sweet friend Miranda and I drove over to grab coffee and shoot this look. Upon walking in, we walked through a small door frame that led us to this pretty little gallery. Though the room itself was small, the images on the walls were beautiful and thoughtfully placed. I have to say, this look and this room combined may have made for my favorite shoot ever. Though there were only a couple pictures I loved, I loved them more than a thousand other ones combined!

These sandals from Maude are my new go-to black sandals. I absolutely love the tie detailing, and they are so easy to throw on and look instantly chic! The best part is that they are a steal at $70!

Hey there!

Okay, I know what you are thinking! A jacket in April.. in Alabama!? But y'all, it gets so chilly in the mornings here (50's until 11 am, I have class at 8am!) and I can't tell y'all how many times I reach for this pretty little coat. It is the perfect light-weight jacket that is so easy to throw on, and even easier to roll up when it does get warmer throughout the day! I love the navy tartan for summer, and it will transition so well into the fall for those chilly gamedays! OH, and can we talk about this scarf?? It is the perfect summer staple and is such a statement piece.

Hello again! 

Can you believe it is already April? I know I can't! I am so far beyond ready to be done with school. To be relazing by the beach, the pool, or even just in my bed (as long as I won't be swamped with homework I will be happy!) This summer I will be staying in Auburn to work and take a couple summer courses (one of them is Visual Merchandising, and I am so stoked!) Because I will be working, I am always on the hunt for cute rompers to just throw on for weekends where we have to dress up.
